Heck no! It just makes it seem that they don’t take care of themselves. Met a friend’s coworker the other night who was missing a front tooth. My first thought was WTH? That’s something which can be fixed in 1-2 visits to the dentist.

I have a crown on my front tooth because of a childhood accident. You wouldn’t catch me walking around toothless looking crazy lol.

Thanks for the well wishes! Still walking, and even considering running again. Started weight training again a few weeks ago and it’s definitely working.

i know how it feels to feel like you have nothing to blog/tweet about. sometimes i read other blogs for inspiration or i have to make a conscious effort to be sensitive to things i can blog about.

i admire you for walking three times a week. any type of work out for me that requires anything more than once a year is too much! good luck with your running!

I know 5:30 am seems extreme, but it’s the only time I can find for myself to get to the gym with a husband and a young child. I have just enough time to go to the gym, workout, shower, get home and wake up my boys (my husband and son), and get my son dressed for daycare before heading out to work. It has turned out to be one of the best things I’ve done for myself since having my son. It’s so hard to find time for myself, but I’m definitely better for it…mentally and physically!

I didn’t watch the season but I did watch the finale coz my sister made me. It was beyond crazy. I was impressed with the way Melissa reacted, though; it was real and Jason deserved it. Actually, he deserved to be slapped, but I’m happy enough with the “you bastard” indictment. Why would any of those women want to be with him? He’s the biggest drip ever. They should have brought Jeremy back. Now HE was a bit of alright >:-)
